WHAT IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL FOR THE BAWSE CONFERENCE?

WHAT IS THE CUTOFF DATE FOR FOR TICKET UPGRADES, TRANSFERS, AND/OR ROOMMATE REQUESTS? 

April 24, 2020. Please also note that any tickets purchased after the cutoff date are not guaranteed any custom materials prepared in advance for attendees (such as lanyards, badges, monogrammed items, autographed items, etc).

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND THE BAWSE CONFERENCE? 

Yes. All attendees must be 18 or over to attend.

CAN MEN ATTEND THE BAWSE CONFERENCE?

At this time, The BAWSE Conference is an all women’s event. Only women will be permitted to attend the activities planned for the conference unless otherwise noted.

IS THERE A PRESS BADGE OR SPECIAL TICKET FOR GUESTS WITH MEDIA CREDENTIALS?

At this time there is no separate media credential ticket to attend the conference. All attendees are required to purchase a general admission ticket.

CAN I RECORD MYSELF AND/OR THE ACTIVITIES AT THE BAWSE CONFERENCE?

Mobile device photography/filming of yourself is permitted at The BAWSE Conference. Photography with a camera or any other professional equipment is not allowed. Filming/recording/livestreaming of any activities, speakers or performances at The BAWSE Conference is not permitted on any device whatsoever.

WILL I BE ON CAMERA?

The BAWSE Conference attracts local, national and international press. In consideration for being admitted to The BAWSE Conference, attendees understand and agree that they may be recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) (“Recording”) for exhibition and use in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Attendee also hereby: (1) releases The BAWSE Conference from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits The BAWSE Conference and its designees which include but are not limited to all parents, affiliates, sponsors, exhibitors and contractors, to use his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof; and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of The BAWSE Conference.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC ROOMMATE IF I PURCHASE A SHARED ROOM TICKET?

Roommate assignments are at the sole discretion of The BAWSE Conference Team. However, we will make attempts to pair you as requested as long as the name of your roommate choice is entered in the comments of your original ticket order. If the person you chose as a roommate does not purchase a ticket, cancels a ticket, transfers a ticket or otherwise cannot be assigned to you for any reason, you will be assigned a roommate by The BAWSE Conference Team. If you do not enter a roommate choice on your original ticket order, you will be assigned a roommate by The BAWSE Conference Team. If you purchase multiple tickets on the same order and do not indicate a roommate choice for each shared room ticket, each ticket holder will be assigned a roommate by The BAWSE Conference Team.

CAN I CHANGE MY ROOMMATE REQUEST?

Roommate changes are at the sole discretion of The BAWSE Conference. If it is still before the cutoff date and you have already purchased your ticket, you may send a request to our customer service email to have a new roommate request considered. If it is after the cutoff date, roommate requests or changes cannot be accepted.

WHEN WILL I FIND OUT WHO MY ROOMMATE IS?

Unofficial roommate assignments will be sent via email 1-3 days before the conference start date. These assignments are still subject to change up until the second day of the conference.

CAN SOMEONE STAY WITH ME IF I PURCHASE A SINGLE ROOM TICKET? HOW ABOUT A DOUBLE?

You are permitted to have guests in a single room, however they will not be able to attend any of The BAWSE Conference activities unless they are a registered attendee for the conference with a purchased general admission ticket. You must still provide the name(s) of any guest(s) staying with you in a single room. Additionally, the hotel may or may not charge an additional fee for extra guests in the room. This fee is completely separate from The BAWSE Conference and you would be solely responsible for any charges incurred on behalf of your guests. Furthermore, any attempts to enter an activity for The BAWSE Conference by an unregistered guest staying in your hotel room, can result in the cancellation of your ticket (without refund).


If you purchased a shared room ticket, you are not permitted to have guests stay in the same room.

I PURCHASED A SINGLE ROOM TICKET AND NOW WANT TO SWITCH TO A SHARED ROOM TICKET (OR VICE VERSA). CAN I DO THAT? 

You may switch to another type of room as long as it is before the cutoff date, however you will not be refunded for any difference in ticket price. If the ticket you want to switch to is more than the ticket you already paid for, you will have to pay the difference for the new ticket.

SOMEONE OFFERED TO SELL ME THEIR TICKET ON INSTAGRAM (OR SOMEWHERE ELSE)…SHOULD I BUY IT?

Only purchase The BAWSE Conference tickets from the official BAWSE ticketing page. If you purchase from another source, you risk purchasing a counterfeit or invalid ticket. All ticket transfers from one guest to another, must go through The BAWSE Conference Team to be considered valid. Do not pay or send money to any individual directly for a ticket to The BAWSE Conference. If someone is offering to sell you their authentic ticket to The BAWSE Conference, ask them to initiate a ticket transfer and your payment will be processed securely through The BAWSE Conference Team.


The BAWSE Conference is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sources.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR THE BAWSE CONFERENCE?

All ticket sales for The BAWSE Conference are final. No refunds, exchanges, or rain checks. If you have misplaced your wristband and/or badges for entry, you will be charged a fee up to the full ticket price for a replacement. The guest speaker and performance lineup for The BAWSE Conference is subject to change. Please see the entire Ticket Policy HERE.

HOW DO I REQUEST A TICKET TRANSFER? 

If today is on or before the cutoff date, please contact the customer service email to initiate a ticket transfer. If today is after the cutoff date, ticket transfers are no longer permitted.

HOW CAN I RESCHEDULE MY PAYMENT ON A PAYMENT PLAN? 

To change the date of one payment, please contact info@thebawseconference.com at least 72 Hours before the current date your payment is scheduled to process. You are allowed up to TWO (2) courtesy date changes. You are also allowed ONE (1) request to have the recurring date of your payment permanently changed to another day of the month. 

MY PAYMENT FAILED ON A PAYMENT PLAN! WHAT CAN I DO TO SAVE MY TICKET? 

Failed payments will automatically re-attempt in 48 Hours. After 2 failed payments your plan will auto-cancel and your held ticket will be released for sale to the public. Please contact info@thebawseconference.com within 24 Hours of a failed payment to process your payment manually or schedule a future-dated payment to recover your ticket hold. Any future-dated payments will be considered a "courtesy date change". You are allowed up to TWO (2) MAX courtesy date changes. You are also allowed ONE (1) request to have the recurring date of your payment permanently changed to another day of the month. 

I NEED TO CANCEL MY PAYMENT PLAN?

Please contact info@thebawseconference.com to cancel a payment plan. Once canceled, payment plans cannot be restored. A new payment plan or full price ticket purchase would be required for the same person to get a ticket. Also, please note that all previous payments are nonrefundable and cannot be applied to another person's ticket purchase or payment plan.

WHAT IS THE ABSOLUTE FINAL DATE TO PAY OFF MY PAYMENT PLAN?

All payment plans must be paid in full no later than June 30.

OH NO, TICKETS SOLD OUT! DO YOU HAVE ONE STASHED IN THE BACK THAT YOU CAN SELL ME?

Seating capacity is limited for this event. Once the tickets are sold out, we won't have anymore. However, you can email customer service and request to be added to our waitlist if there are any last-minute cancellations. Please note that we rarely have last-minute cancellations and you are not guaranteed to get a ticket this way.On the rare occasion there is, you must be prepared to pay in full for the ticket that becomes available.
